If the User believes there is an error concerning a charge, booking or refund, they are encouraged to contact BeTraveller OÜ so the issue can be addressed directly.

In a payment dispute or chargeback, BeTraveller OÜ may provide evidence of the transaction and services supplied. Fraudulent refund attempts may lead to proportionate fraud-prevention measures and legally available remedies.
